Payments and Gratuities
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash as forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted at this time.
Large appointments (such as Vomor Extensions) and online booking services require full payment during time of booking. This payment will be non-refundable. We kindly ask that you do any rescheduling 24 hours prior to your original appointment date.
Our stylists graciously accept tips in the form of cash or check.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to enjoy a beverage, preview a possible new look in one of our magazines, and browse through our selection of Aveda products.
To ensure promptness with all guests, we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that has a 15 minutes late, or later, arrival to another time. Any guest with consecutive late arrivals may be subject to pre-payment of all future appointmets.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time allow our team to accommodate guests on our wait list.
Guest who do not give the requested notice of 24 hours, or that do not show up for their appointment, may be subject to a charge of the full appointment amount on their next visit in addition to services received that day, or may be asked to pay in advanced for all future appointments. These payments are non-refundable, and will not be applied to any future appointments if missed.
Appointments booked online and larger appointments, such as extension services, require payment during time of booking. Under any circumstances that the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24hrs before the scheduled time or it is missed as a no-show, the payment is forfeited from being applied to future services. We will require a new, full payment to rebook the cancelled or missed appointment.
Services: Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we can not offer refunds on services performed. We will however work tirelessly to ensure that you are satisfied, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. We are happy to offer tweaks and adjustments within 7 days of the date of service.
Products: Aabani Salon stands behind all Aveda products. If you are dissatisfied with any of the products purchased in our salon, we will gladly apply the full value to another product of your choice. We ask that all exchanges are made with a receipt, within 14 days of the original purchase, and products remain unopened.
Brushes: All sales of hair and makeup brushes/combs are final.
Styling tools: Hot tools may be returned for exchange or store credit only if returned in original package, within 14 days of purchase. This includes blow dryers, flat irons, etc.
Aabani Salon welcomes all well-behaved children. Any child who is not receiving a service, must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) in the waiting area, at all times. Please remind all children to avoid running, climbing, spinning on salon chairs, or opening any closed spaces. Most closed spaces contain sharp objects and chemicals that could potentially be dangerous to unsuspecting children. Keep in mind nothing in the salon is child-proof, and we are not responsible for any unexpected incidents.
We happily allow service animals to accompany their partner while visiting our salon. Animals or pets of any other kind are against regulations of the state of NC. Fines may be billed to any guest who opts to go against this state regulation.
